My involuntary movements have now stopped.
A strong light is emerging now upon my sahasrara( experience) and a myriad of activities
are going on the head.
However, one thing which is annoying is the star which is targetting the base of the
tongue.
It is trying to cut the same, I think.
Please let me know what I need to do
