Yesterday I had a energy star trying to perform tongue cut
It targetted the base of my tongue as if to cut the connection
I couldnt resist this for a while and stopped it but
later it did do its work anyway, though can't see any changes later
Cleaning completed in stomach,hands, abdomen and head.
After this, I got a feeling as if a beam of light from the crown was growing. The beam
was coming out more
(a circular light coming out increasingly/growing on top of the head)
In the night while sleeping, Kundalini ran from the base of the spine to the top of the head
While it moved, it activated the swadhisthana/anahata/vishuddha and ajna chakra
Remember in the night, that there was a white light exploding in between the eyebrows
and just got up for a while.
Some intense internal changes in the night in the body.
