Did a small research on the breathing patterns to check the contributions of both the left and right nostril.
The research data is for 4 days of breathing patterns at random intervals.
Turns out that I am using alternatively left and right nostril at random intervals.
Currently, using the right nostril more than the left nostril (winter ?).
Shows how intelligently the breathing patterns switch to keep up the body temperature.
Shall be continuing the research as to when both the nostrils would be functioning at the same time and would let you all know.
