Today, I had Kundalini complete the cleaning process in the head and crown chakra.
Once this was done, something from the ajna chakra was brought down and then moved
in the heart.
Later the throat chakra, heart chakra, swadhistana and mooladhara were activated and
Kundalini started moving down (I think?)
I could here a gurgling sound at the base today.
I think Kundalini has come down, however the radiations from crown chakra are still
active. ( as in I still experience)..
Can someone explain what has happened ?
