Will pen down the understanding of the process that is happening in me after I have gone through few books.
1. The process called Kundalini started a year back which resulted in the movement of high energetic prana through the spine into the crown.
There has been some confusion whether Kundalini and Prana are the same and I have read both versions.
I personally feel Kundalini is Prana with higher vibrations.
2. The movement of this energy across the spine is like that of a serpent crawling in, hence it is also called serpent energy.
The Prana starts from the middle of the feet, through the legs and hits the Muladhara. K flows in from there in a spiral path to the brain.
The activation of chakras happened initially when K moved from spine to head, but chakras dont get activated now even though there is a flow.
3. Once the K started moving to the crown, Kriyas happened and Prana moved to the head. Once in the head, there is some activity in the head
which gives feelings of bliss. This inturn makes the attention move towards the head. There is an increased concentration on this activity and this results in
the formation of Shambhavi mudra automatically - focus on 3rd eye without any eye lid movement. When this happens automatically, the concentration
increases, an increased concentration reduces the breath. This breath reduction along with the loosening of the prana/ gain of prana control results in the
forming of Kevala Kumbhaka /stoppage of breath. The increased concentration/shambhavi mudra sends the energetic prana into the sushumna and this
also causes Kevala Kumbhaka.
4. When Kevala Kumbhaka/automatic suspension of breath happens, the prana moves via the sushumna to the top of the head called Trikoota. Trikoota is
an area in the head between the eyebrows and the crown. When this activity happens, the increased prana inturn bolsters Shambhavi Mudra, Kevala Kumbhaka.
The prana in the head now tries to dissolves the mind. In the final beuatitude, the mind when completely dissolved and prana gets sucked into sushumna then samadhi
occurs. When the sadhu comes out of samadhi, then there is a mind and hence prana also comes in. Mind and prana are together the cause and effect of each other.
5. Mystic Concepts
The entire process is similar to a chain reaction seen in any nuclear fission or nuclear fusion reaction.
Prana in the head, tries to dissolve mind. When mind dissolves, thoughts lessen, breathe reduces, kevala kumbhaka arrives sends the prana into the sushumna to the brain.
Prana again comes back to the brain/crown to dissolve mind and the process continues. In the process of Kevala Kumbhaka, the nadis purifies, the energy carriers become
good in transferring prana. Hence, the body becomes healthy and these vital airs become visible to the yogi. When the science of vital airs is known, the body can be
attuned the way he wants and this is called Sidhis - while this is just the body science. The human mind can conceive all this possibility with the advance of Kundalini.
But what lies beyond? Havent experienced anything on this.
